In downtown Worcester, Massachusetts, one of the most success sports, entertainment and convention centers is located. Recently there has been lots of road construction in that area. I just noticed that during the construction, at least TWO LANES of traffic were eliminated. Now, figure this, when over 10,000 people converge on an area in less than thirty minutes prior to show time, there will be ONE LANE of traffic to maneuver through.
I am NOT a traffic engineer and I don't play one on tv, but this has me confused. Can anyone shed any light on the subject?
